The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating with every request. The double room was new-fashioned, included ironing facilities, a study table and iPod dock. The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from a long-standing department store. I came here for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay.

Meal in the morning was marvellous, outstanding views and amazing location. The room was beautifully designed with perfect beds and WiFi, terrace and balcony etc. The staff was always available, perfect service from them. I could park the car nearby. The best pebble beach I've seen before. Within walking distance of 42 st-bryant park metro station, some 15 minutes walk.

Everything was perfectly fine and perfectly clean, I loved location and staff. An EXCEPTIONAL experience in the heart of New York. The beds were large, I slept well. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was unbelievable.
